In addition to being a university professor at the University of Indianapolis, Dr. Will serves on various boards, is an author and provides consultancy in the area of finance and policy and is a regular media commentator on business and economic topics.

Panelists will discuss the Current State of Business Acquisitions in the lower middle market, to include:

• The obstacles of the pandemic, recession, and higher interest rates
• Baby Boomers and their succession plans, or lack thereof
